Breakfast should be your biggest meal, containing the most calories. It's not always easy to consume a lot of calories that early in the morning, it's really not easy to do a lot of things early in the morning. Luckily this breakfast choice is quick, easy, and simple!
CALORIES: 400
Eggs: 70 per egg x 3 eggs = 210
Yogurt: 120 per cup = 120
Coffee: 50 calories per bottle = 50
Skim Milk (used in eggs): 80 for 1 cup / 4 = 20
*I used about 1/4 of skim milk so dividing 80 by 4 will give me the amount of calories 1/4 cup would be.
**Special K box is just for show, however it's good to put in your yogurt if you're feeling extra hungry that morning. Gives it texture and because it's the Protein kind of Special K it keeps you full longer.
