Really into Venti Skinny Soy Lattes from Starbucks! Heathy version that tastes great. Give it a try!
Place frozen scallops into a pan and use water as the base to broil them with. Instead of butter or pan spray.
Cook Quiona in a pot with a lid. While Quiona is cooking chop up the organic leaves. Mix in the chopped kale when Quiona is finished. When scallops are done cut them into smaller pieces. However small you wish them to be. Add them to the already mixed Quiona and kale. Place one sheet of rice paper on a plate. Sprinkle some water on it until the whole sheet has become wet. ( make sure it's not drenched just lightly damp) Place the kale, Quiona, scallop mix in the middle of the sheet as you would a burrito. Fold the sides just like a salad wrap or burrito and finally fold the ends in to make sure there are no openings where the mixture can get out. You can have one or continue the wrap process until you've used all the mixture.(I still had tons left after I made those four). I like to pair it with gluten-free Tamari sauce! It's really simple and it's low calorie! 1 cup Kale: 35 calories 3 oz Scallops: 95 calories 1/2 cup Quiona Barley blend: 110 4 sheets rice paper: 80 About 320 calories for a meal. Simplest recipe! Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and Black Coffee. Combine equally. Enjoy. :) Frozen Wheat Grass Ice Cubes means INSTANT wheat grass shot without all the blending each time you want one! Here's what you do:
1. Blend all your organic wheat grass. I usually have to mix water with mine. 2. Pour the blended mix into the ice cube tray. 3. If you don't have enough, just keep blending until you fill up the tray. You can do just the liquid or you can get a little clump in the there. I like to mix and match mine. 4. After frozen, place as many cubes as you'd like into a glass and let it melt. I like to add a lemon (it's the only way I make it through wheat grass) I've found cold wheat grass is easier to get down instead of room temperature. It's great because you aren't wasting any of the wheat grass you buy because it stays good since it's frozen. You don't have to take a ton of shots in one day either, now you can have them whenever you want. Especially with a lemon squeezed into it, it makes the perfect healthy summer refresher shot! Pretty crazy I know.... but granted this is a raw recipe so it's not your cookies n' cream-full of sugar-ice cream that you're used to. It's more like a Sherbet or Italian Ice, kind of Ice Cream but those don't roll off the tongue so well.

Ingredients: Organic Strawberries Organic Kiwi Organic Raspberries Spectrum Essentials Chia & Flax Seed Decadent Blend with Coconut & Cocoa What I love about the blend is even though it's primary use is for baking it gives great texture when I sprinkle it over fruit and I get great ingredients in one package! I love it! I've been using it for 3 weeks now and I still have almost the whole bag. Definitely worth the price! Here's a link to it! 1. Put beans into pan.
2. Cut mushrooms and add to beans. 3. Broil scallops in a different pan then slice once ready. 4. Add scallops to pan with beans, let them cook so they can 'brown' a little. 5. Remove from the heat and place in bowl. Sprinkle flax seeds on top. I added black pepper, cilantro, and lemon to mine but I have a weird food pallet. I paired it with a half glass of wheat grass blended in blender then frozen (Recipe coming soon!) with a lemon and water. As always, questions and comments can be emailed to me. Happy Greening, but in this case 'browning'!
According to Eggland's Best (an egg distributor found in your local grocery) "Hens with white feathers (such as White Leghorns) lay white eggs and hens with reddish brown feathers (such as Rhode Island Reds) lay brown eggs." Fun Fact About Brown Eggs: "The color of brown eggs is a natural pigment placed by the hen on the surface of the shell during the final stages of egg formation. From the inside, the shell appears white. The outer shell color can vary from light to dark brown, depending on the breed of the hen and also on individual hen characteristics." So what DO you pay attention to when it comes to selecting the right egg for your diet? Omega-3 is always a great place to start! If you're doing a raw/organic diet you'll want free-range or cage-free eggs. I've seen my fair share of brown eggs that are suitable for the raw/organic diet but I have yet to run across a brand that offers cage-free or free-range white eggs. That's just my observation though. At the end of the day, shell color has nothing to do with the actual benefits of the egg you consume. Just like people, the important part of the egg lies in the inside and it doesn't matter what color is on the outside. Don't judge an egg by it's color, judge it by what's inside 😉 So many puns and wordplay in this, it's egg-hausting! Ok, I'm done. I hope this helped answer the burning question. Any further questions or additional info you think I should add feel free to drop me a line and let me know! 1. Begin to broil water in a pan on medium to high (depending on patience level). 2. Chop mint leaves as tiny as possible without cutting your finger off then place in the pan. 3. Chop organic mushrooms into smaller pieces and place in the pan. 4. Place Rockfish portion in the pan. 5. Add a bit of cilantro (as much as you personally desire) 6. Let broil until fish is cooked. -usually it will fall apart when you start flipping it over. -once it begins to just fall apart overwhelmingly is when I call it quits. -I prefer to eat mine shredded with an addition of black beans but it's just a preference. 7. When fish is done, add a quick lemon squeeze. Pair with any greens, veggies, beans, or rice. Organic, of course. Here's how I paired mine: (It was a bit much for me to eat, couldn't finish it all. It's filling and light on calories so it's a win in my book!) Since my diet doesn't consist of a lot of breads or yogurt or dairy, I find it very helpful to add supplements to ensure I'm getting all my nutritional needs. Yes, it's true veggies and fruit need a little help when it comes to the necessary requirements your body needs to be happy, healthy, and feel good during the day! Here's my supplemental- instructions: Morning Multi Vitamin Probiotic gummies Biotin Afternoon B-12 (make sure you read the dosage on the bottle. Some say 2 a day some say one) Biotin Why take these? B-12 energy metabolism support (lack of carbs can drain you, b-12 picks you up naturally) Probiotics (lack of yogurt, but still need those white blood cells in fighting shape!) Biotin (hair, skin, & nails! Yes, it really works. You can take up to 5 a day with the bottle I have, but make sure it's on a full stomach.) Multi-Vitamin (it's always a good idea to ensure you get all the vitamins and minerals. This way you don't have to search your food labels relentlessly) How would you like an energizing "date" with some "oats"?
