2. Cut mushrooms and add to beans.
3. Broil scallops in a different pan then slice once ready.
4. Add scallops to pan with beans, let them cook so they can 'brown' a little.
5. Remove from the heat and place in bowl. Sprinkle flax seeds on top.
I added black pepper, cilantro, and lemon to mine but I have a weird food pallet.
I paired it with a half glass of wheat grass blended in blender then frozen (Recipe coming soon!) with a lemon and water.
