Frozen Wheat Grass Ice Cubes means INSTANT wheat grass shot without all the blending each time you want one! Here's what you do:
1. Blend all your organic wheat grass. I usually have to mix water with mine.
2. Pour the blended mix into the ice cube tray.
3. If you don't have enough, just keep blending until you fill up the tray. You can do just the liquid or you can get a little clump in the there. I like to mix and match mine.
4. After frozen, place as many cubes as you'd like into a glass and let it melt. I like to add a lemon (it's the only way I make it through wheat grass)
I've found cold wheat grass is easier to get down instead of room temperature. It's great because you aren't wasting any of the wheat grass you buy because it stays good since it's frozen. You don't have to take a ton of shots in one day either, now you can have them whenever you want. Especially with a lemon squeezed into it, it makes the perfect healthy summer refresher shot!
