1. Begin to broil water in a pan on medium to high (depending on patience level).
2. Chop mint leaves as tiny as possible without cutting your finger off then place in the pan.
3. Chop organic mushrooms into smaller pieces and place in the pan.
4. Place Rockfish portion in the pan.
5. Add a bit of cilantro (as much as you personally desire)
6. Let broil until fish is cooked.
-usually it will fall apart when you start flipping it over.
-once it begins to just fall apart overwhelmingly is when I call it quits.
-I prefer to eat mine shredded with an addition of black beans but it's just a preference.
7. When fish is done, add a quick lemon squeeze.
Pair with any greens, veggies, beans, or rice. Organic, of course.
