Since my diet doesn't consist of a lot of breads or yogurt or dairy, I find it very helpful to add supplements to ensure I'm getting all my nutritional needs. Yes, it's true veggies and fruit need a little help when it comes to the necessary requirements your body needs to be happy, healthy, and feel good during the day!

Morning
Multi Vitamin
Probiotic gummies
Biotin
Afternoon
B-12 (make sure you read the dosage on the bottle. Some say 2 a day some say one)
Biotin
Why take these?
B-12 energy metabolism support (lack of carbs can drain you, b-12 picks you up naturally)
Probiotics (lack of yogurt, but still need those white blood cells in fighting shape!)
Biotin (hair, skin, & nails! Yes, it really works. You can take up to 5 a day with the bottle I have, but make sure it's on a full stomach.)
Multi-Vitamin (it's always a good idea to ensure you get all the vitamins and minerals. This way you don't have to search your food labels relentlessly)
