Pretty crazy I know.... but granted this is a raw recipe so it's not your cookies n' cream-full of sugar-ice cream that you're used to. It's more like a Sherbet or Italian Ice, kind of Ice Cream but those don't roll off the tongue so well.

Hope you enjoy! I absolutely LOVE this product! I found it on the shelves of HEB just hiding with it's little friends. (There are other flavors than Tomato).
Why I love it 1. It's like the Ramen of healthy food! Just like Ramen, it's very low cost. Probably the lowest cost health item in your basket besides fruits and veggies. Retail price is $1.99 here in the USA, I literally go and buy out the shelf. Sorry if you shop at my home store! 2. It gets a long with everything! You can add anything to this soup and it tastes good. I've done black beans & quiona, chicken & mushrooms, broccoli, kale, carrots. It has wonderful possibilities. 3. Low Calorie It only has 39 calories per bottle. I'm someone who pays attention to calories so this was a big win to me. 4. There's More Than Meets The Eye This little tiny can has a FULL serving of vegetables! The taste is wonderful, whether it's cold or room temperature it always tastes like a light weight soup. By that I mean, it's not weighed down by anything extra. It tastes clean and free of secret ingredients you have no idea about. 5.Travel Size Need I say more? For so many busy lifestyles trying to stay healthy these days it's perfect to grab and go. You can just drink it out of the can, it even says so on the bottle! 6. Fits Your Diet Needs It's Gluten Free and vegetarian and it has no added sugars. 7. Typography Design Last but not least, of course, the package is definitely eye-appealing. Probably why I picked it up to try, which i'm so glad I did. Start your morning off right with this easy fruit salad topped with super foods! Ingredients: Organic Strawberries Organic Kiwi Organic Raspberries Spectrum Essentials Chia & Flax Seed Decadent Blend with Coconut & Cocoa What I love about the blend is even though it's primary use is for baking it gives great texture when I sprinkle it over fruit and I get great ingredients in one package! I love it! I've been using it for 3 weeks now and I still have almost the whole bag. Definitely worth the price! Here's a link to it! 1. Put beans into pan.
2. Cut mushrooms and add to beans. 3. Broil scallops in a different pan then slice once ready. 4. Add scallops to pan with beans, let them cook so they can 'brown' a little. 5. Remove from the heat and place in bowl. Sprinkle flax seeds on top. I added black pepper, cilantro, and lemon to mine but I have a weird food pallet. I paired it with a half glass of wheat grass blended in blender then frozen (Recipe coming soon!) with a lemon and water. As always, questions and comments can be emailed to me. Happy Greening, but in this case 'browning'!
According to Eggland's Best (an egg distributor found in your local grocery) "Hens with white feathers (such as White Leghorns) lay white eggs and hens with reddish brown feathers (such as Rhode Island Reds) lay brown eggs." Fun Fact About Brown Eggs: "The color of brown eggs is a natural pigment placed by the hen on the surface of the shell during the final stages of egg formation. From the inside, the shell appears white. The outer shell color can vary from light to dark brown, depending on the breed of the hen and also on individual hen characteristics." So what DO you pay attention to when it comes to selecting the right egg for your diet? Omega-3 is always a great place to start! If you're doing a raw/organic diet you'll want free-range or cage-free eggs. I've seen my fair share of brown eggs that are suitable for the raw/organic diet but I have yet to run across a brand that offers cage-free or free-range white eggs. That's just my observation though. At the end of the day, shell color has nothing to do with the actual benefits of the egg you consume. Just like people, the important part of the egg lies in the inside and it doesn't matter what color is on the outside. Don't judge an egg by it's color, judge it by what's inside 😉 So many puns and wordplay in this, it's egg-hausting! Ok, I'm done. I hope this helped answer the burning question. Any further questions or additional info you think I should add feel free to drop me a line and let me know! 1. Begin to broil water in a pan on medium to high (depending on patience level). 2. Chop mint leaves as tiny as possible without cutting your finger off then place in the pan. 3. Chop organic mushrooms into smaller pieces and place in the pan. 4. Place Rockfish portion in the pan. 5. Add a bit of cilantro (as much as you personally desire) 6. Let broil until fish is cooked. -usually it will fall apart when you start flipping it over. -once it begins to just fall apart overwhelmingly is when I call it quits. -I prefer to eat mine shredded with an addition of black beans but it's just a preference. 7. When fish is done, add a quick lemon squeeze. Pair with any greens, veggies, beans, or rice. Organic, of course. Here's how I paired mine: (It was a bit much for me to eat, couldn't finish it all. It's filling and light on calories so it's a win in my book!) Since my diet doesn't consist of a lot of breads or yogurt or dairy, I find it very helpful to add supplements to ensure I'm getting all my nutritional needs. Yes, it's true veggies and fruit need a little help when it comes to the necessary requirements your body needs to be happy, healthy, and feel good during the day! Here's my supplemental- instructions: Morning Multi Vitamin Probiotic gummies Biotin Afternoon B-12 (make sure you read the dosage on the bottle. Some say 2 a day some say one) Biotin Why take these? B-12 energy metabolism support (lack of carbs can drain you, b-12 picks you up naturally) Probiotics (lack of yogurt, but still need those white blood cells in fighting shape!) Biotin (hair, skin, & nails! Yes, it really works. You can take up to 5 a day with the bottle I have, but make sure it's on a full stomach.) Multi-Vitamin (it's always a good idea to ensure you get all the vitamins and minerals. This way you don't have to search your food labels relentlessly) Thanks to Influenster I just got a box filled of complimentary goodies to test out! So... What's inside my #SurfsUpVoxBox?!
Big thanks to Hulu for letting me check out the season 2 premiere episode early! This was my first time to watch the series but I pretty much found out everything I needed to know about the characters in this episode to keep me wondering what's to come in the next episode. I have no idea who Amber Garcia or who any of the other characters are but it was definitely a great premiere episode especially for someone who is just tuning in this season. I didn't feel lost like I needed to go watch season 1 to understand. It was cool to just tune in and be entertained. Definitely going to have to check out season 1 just because the show looks great! This episode is PACKED with intensity. My guess is, the entire show is filled with it. Definitely a great drama if you're looking for one to check out since a bunch of tv shows just had their finales. Let me know what you think of it! (Click the screen shot below to be taken to the Hulu website to watch season 1)
